Le Bistrot dresses for the season to host a convivial Christmas Eve. A Provençal kir welcomes you before chef Yvan Franceschi unveils his menu: three or four courses for diners torn between Mediterranean sea bass with langoustines and a capon and foie gras Pithiviers.

Scalloped nuggets with seaweed and lemon-flavoured caviar

Mediterranean sea bass and langoustines, with root vegetables and a parsley garnish

AND/OR

Capon puff pie with foie gras and truffle, alongside a truffled vegetable casserole

Optional cheese course : Brillat-Savarin triple-crème cheese with truffle

Traditional Christmas chocolate log with a touch of bergamot
