Le Bistrot puts on its festive finery for a cosy Christmas Eve dinner, in the spirit of a family feast. Chef Yvan Franceschi prepares a generous, indulgent menu: from the sea, Mediterranean sea bass and lobster Wellington; from the land, roast venison with earthy woodland flavours.

New Year’s Eve Celebration

Champagne sparkles in the Glass Room to open the final evening of the year, before dinner at Le Bistrot with an exceptional menu created by Benoît Witz and Yvan Franceschi. The party then moves to the dance floor, where the DJ keeps us dancing until 3 am as we ring in 2027.
