Lou Calen is a 3.5 hectare estate in the heart of Cotignac within the Haut-Var region, just between the Côte d’Azur and the Saint Croix lake. Luxury meets cosiness in this eco-friendly spot comprising a hotel, restaurant, wine bar, pastis bar and craft brewery.

Our unique and ongoing project in ‘Green’ Provence contributes to the economic and cultural development of the village and promises new and exciting establishment openings during the course of 2023.

Under the direction of our chef Benoit Witz, Lou Calen has several vacancies in catering:

Jardin Secret: gourmet restaurant, open all year round

○ La Tuf: craft brewery and bar, open all year round

Didier’s wine bar: intimate bar dedicated to fine wines, open in the summer season

The Pastis bar: bar dedicated to pastis and spirits, first opening in summer 2023

Lou Calen is a hotel of 36 rooms designed to offer guests a restful place to stay. .
