Lou Calen is a 3.5 hectare estate in the heart of Cotignac within the Haut-Var region, just between the Côte d’Azur and the Saint Croix lake. Luxury meets cosiness in this eco-friendly spot comprising a hotel, restaurant, wine bar, pastis bar and craft brewery.
Our unique and ongoing project in ‘Green’ Provence contributes to the economic and cultural development of the village and promises new and exciting establishment openings during the course of 2023.
Lou Calen is preparing its summer season and is recruiting in the following areas: restaurant service, bar service, bar management, house keeping, reception.
Under the excellent direction of our chef Benoit Witz, Lou Calen has several vacancies in catering:
○ Jardin Secret restaurant: gourmet restaurant, open all year round
○ Tailleur de Bière bar: craft brewery and brasserie, open all year round
○ Didier’s wine bar: intimate bar dedicated to fine wines, open in the summer season
○ The Pastis bar: bar dedicated to pastis and spirits, first opening in summer 2023
Lou Calen is a hotel of 24 rooms designed to offer guests a beautiful, luxurious and restful place to stay. 12 additional rooms will complete the hotel this year.
