Culinary soul of Lou Calen, Benoit Witz is the patron of the 6th edition of Le Grand Repas, a unique experience of togetherness centered on healthy and sustainable food. On the same day, the same menu is shared by all the citizens of a given region.

About Le Grand Repas
An association founded by Emmanuel Hervé with the support of renowned chefs such as Thierry Marx and Guillaume Gomez, dedicated to raising awareness, showcasing, and passing on France’s gastronomic heritage. Inspired by the inscription of the Gastronomic Meal of the French on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2010, it promotes the values of conviviality, sharing, and the French art of living. Its flagship initiative, Le Grand Repas, invites the inhabitants of a region each year to share a unique menu crafted from local, seasonal products, bringing together citizens as well as public and private stakeholders at the local, regional, and national levels.
