Every Tuesday morning, the Cours Gambetta comes alive beneath the spectacular troglodytic cliff overlooking Cotignac. Stalls are set up in the heart of the village, between cafes, shops, and colourful townhouse facades, creating a vibrant atmosphere. You’ll mainly find local farm produce, cheese vendors, and a few local artisans.

The Markets of the Verdon Valley

In the north of the Var region, the villages of the Haut-Var, at the gateway to the Verdon valley region, there is a stretch between agricultural plateaus, filled with oak forests and the spectacular landscapes of the Verdon Gorge and its river. The Markets of the Dracénie Region

Just east of Provence Verte, the Dracénie region stretches from Draguignan to the hills that look over towards the Mediterranean. This region, steeped in a long agricultural and winemaking tradition, is home to several villages renowned for their Provençal markets.
