An accomplished and passionate chef with over 10 years of experience in luxury resorts and fine dining. Currently leading the culinary team at the prestigious Pimalai Resort & Spa with 4 restaurants.

She specialize in creating memorable dining experiences through innovative menus, top-quality ingredients, and exceptional service.she take pride in training and mentoring talented kitchen teams, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety, and constantly raising the bar in both taste and presentation.

With international experience, including training at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, she bring a blend of creativity, professionalism, and a deep love for hospitality to every plate she serve.
