Every Saturday at lunch, lobster takes centre stage at Jardin Secret. Hot or cold, braised, fricasseed or flame-grilled, Chef Benoît Witz prepares it in line with his finds from the kitchen garden and local markets. A single menu, renewed weekly, in pursuit of pure flavour.
