Jardin Secret Restaurant
True to Lou Calen’s warm and welcoming luxury, Benoît Witz breaks free from the classic codes of gastronomy. The chef creates instinctive cuisine, guided by the local produce on offer, the current season, and his knowledge of the perfect balance of flavours. Here, you eat “just like at home,” in the intimate setting of a Provençal country house built over 200 years ago. From the first rays of sunshine, guests are invited to lunch or dinner on the large terrace and in the luscious gardens that surround it.
The Jardin Secret restaurant has been awarded a Michelin Green Star, recognising its commitment to eco-responsible cuisine.

Le Bistrot by Lou Calen
Yvan Franceschi cooks Provençal food in his own generous and sincere style, blending local and international flavours. Under the large glass roof of the Bistrot restaurant, the light-filled dining room opens onto a shaded terrace, extending the space and creating a lovely open setting for entertaining.
Then, a private room has been set aside for private events. Its stone walls, industrial bar, warm colours, and eclectic furnishings create a unique setting, perfect for special, more intimate moments.

O'Fadoli, the pastis bar
Located on Cours Gambetta, the town square, O’Fadoli cultivates the art of the aperitif with a fine selection of pastis, absinthes, and other spirits – as well as the most delicious cocktails. It’s the kind of place where you love to linger over light snacks, struck by the aroma of anise and laughing through relaxed conversations.
For your private events, the O’Fadoli terrace overlooks the vibrant heart of Cotignac, offering a true immersion into Provençal life. Inside, the warmth and intimacy of the space can be ideal for small gatherings.

La TUF, the festive bar
In Cotignac, La TUF is the place to celebrate, laugh, and dance – it is a space of complete freedom dedicated to having a good time. On the ground floor, the bar welcomes you under a large limestone cliff vault, a raw, natural setting that immediately sets the tone. Upstairs, the mezzanine takes on the air of a loft-style friendly hangout: vintage furniture, graffiti on the walls, with table football, a dartboard, an arcade machine… and more.
In warmer weather, an outdoor pop-up bar opens onto a large terrace amidst lush greenery, ideal for entertaining guests outdoors. Here, everything lends itself to fun, chatter, and letting loose.

“La Farandole” event hall
With an area of 150m², this superb room can comfortably accommodate around a hundred people. Whether you want to create friendly or more intimate events, “La Farandole” fits every requirement. With its wave-shaped bar, its leather sofas, aits colourful murals, and its grand piano, this space has all that is necessary for a special event and sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

“La Verrière” event hall
Bathed in light, “La Verrière” overlooks the cours Gambetta, the village square, and offers a breathtaking view of Cotignac. On the other side the doors open onto a large terrace with a view of the hotel estate gardens. The photovoltaic glass ceiling of the hall and its strikingly colourful reflections delight every visitor. This room can contain a large number of people.

"La Grange" event space
Bathed in natural light, La Grange is a pavilion opening onto the gardens. Perfect for relaxed celebrations, post-wedding gatherings or outdoor birthday parties, it offers a natural, laid-back setting where your guests can enjoy the full beauty of Provence. Covering 120 m², it was carefully built by local craftsmen.

Close your eyes, and imagine the sound of the cicadas, the wind passing through the pine wood forest and the olive trees, the smells of lavender and juniper, the bubbling water flowing all over the estate… In this true Provençal setting there are 36 unique rooms and suites on offer. From La Troglodyte, built from a rambling ruin dug into the tuf rock, to the Bastidon, with its traditional old stony architecture, to the Pigeonnier, with its circular building on three levels – each bedroom option promises its own exclusive experience. Most rooms have their own private terrace and a breathtaking view of the Maures hills in the distance or the imposing troglodyte cliff of Cotignac. Then, just opposite Lou Calen, La Falaise hotel offers an extension to the hotel’s capacity with its 9 rooms bathed in sunlight.
