Once a month, Le Bistrot transforms into a true winstub. With family or friends, guests gather around generous buffets of starters, main dishes and desserts, an homage to this beautiful region, proud of its convivial spirit and traditions. A breeze of Alsace drifts across Provence.
Starters to share: flammekueche, moricette with cured meats, Strasbourg sausage, raw cabbage salad, garlic butter snails, pretzel, kougelhopf.
Main course: coq au vin, spätzle, green salad.
Dessert buffet: brioche with almond paste, mini kougelhopf, apple and cinnamon tart, vanilla ice cream & blueberries.
