Experience a Thai cuisine journey in Cotignac with Watcharavee Rujeechotiphat

06/03/2025
From 19th – 29th June 2025, Lou Calen opens its kitchens to an exceptional guest: Thai chef Watcharavee Rujeechotiphat. For ten days, she will join the cooking teams of the estate’s restaurants and bars and enjoy a gastronomic residency full of Asian flavours. Hailing from the helm of the four restaurants within the prestigious Pimalai Resort & Spa in Thailand, her stay in Cotignac will showcase her refined and creative vision of Thai cuisine.
With over ten years of experience in the world of haute cuisine and luxury hospitality, Watcharavee Rujeechotiphat is renowned for her ability to dazzle ingredients with creativity, precision, and sparkle. Her cuisine, deeply rooted in Thai tradition, is also inspired by her international cookery background, including training at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. Through her menus, she offers a rich and sensory experience where gastronomy and the art of silver service elegantly combine.
Through her culinary residency, Lou Calen continues to foster a successful dialogue between cultures, talents, and the pleasures of the table in an exceptional Provençal setting. This is a rare opportunity to meet an inspired chef and take a culinary journey, whether a meal or a demonstration, to the rice paddies and floating markets of Thailand.
Every day, the Bistrot will transport your taste buds to Thailand with these Thai-inspired daily specials, complementing the varies daily programme of this exclusive chef residency.
