In November, our menus are inspired by the seasonal bounty of Provence: mushrooms, squash, chestnuts, root vegetables, and aromatic herbs naturally find their place in balanced and comforting recipes. Each plate becomes an extension of the sensual and empowering daily treatments, nourishing the body with gentle culinary authenticity, respecting the rhythm of nature.
