What if this year you let Lou Calen redesign your most beautiful holiday memories? In the wintry light of Cotignac, the village houses light up with a glow, fireplaces burst alight to bring families together, while dining tables are full and bedecked with elegance. At our hotel, every seasonal moment can become a celebration: a glass of sparkling wine shared in the Verrière, a refined dinner carefully prepared by our chef delight in the magic of a Christmas in Provence and the joy of welcoming in the New Year.

Lou Calen unveils its winter programme to make your holiday season sparkle. There will be two Christmas Eve dinners, at the Jardin Secret and the Bistrot, to kick off the festivities, followed by lunch on Christmas Day at the Bistrot. At the O’Fadoli bar, afternoons will be punctuated by Christmas teas, where young and old alike can come and share hot chocolates and seasonal treats. Then, a few days later, we celebrate our two New Year’s Eve dinners, which will continue into a single dance evening bringing together all guests to celebrate the first sparkles of 2026! Finally, the New Year’s Day brunch at the Bistrot will conclude the festivities and usher in the new year with a generous and delicious buffet.

In the old house of Jardin Secret, Christmas Eve is savoured by the fireside, a glass of champagne in hand. Chef Benoît Witz presents a five-course menu where black truffle, blue lobster and crispy capon precede a pear-praline yule log adorned with gold leaf.

Le Bistrot dresses for the season to host a convivial Christmas Eve. A Provençal kir welcomes you before chef Yvan Franceschi unveils his menu: three or four courses for diners torn between Mediterranean sea bass with langoustines and a capon and foie gras Pithiviers.

Santa Claus has been and gone, and now it’s time for lunch. A Provençal kir opens the meal before chef Yvan Franceschi orchestrates his three- or four-course menu of foie gras, langoustines and lamb, ending with the ultimate indulgence of a chestnut and blueberry Yule log.
