Retreat in Provence | Centering in Desire

A six-day immersion into leadership and somatic practices to bring more creativity and power into your work.

We’re not meant to move this fast, hold this much, or navigate it all alone. Still, many of us do — leading teams, raising families, tending to visions — with a quiet, steady hum of depletion beneath it all.

This retreat is a pause. A deep exhale. A return to rhythm, to feeling, to what’s true once the noise settles. It’s a space to remember what steadies you, what stirs you, and what’s ready to move through you next — shoulder to shoulder with women who see you clearly, and with coaches skilled in revealing the unconscious commitments that keep you from moving forward at your own pace.

Set in the fragrant hills of Provence, this six-day experience is a gathering of women ready to listen inward and reorient toward what is most deeply wanted.

We’ll spend our days in movement, in stillness, in circle — exploring the whispers that want to be heard, and voicing the visions we hold for our lives and the collective impact we can make.

Participants will look inward at the ways they organize themselves in stress and in pleasure, learning to track not only their mindsets but their nervous systems.

A deeper and more felt sense of one’s experience — guided by professional coaches and facilitators — lays the foundation for moving toward presence and center.

For Women Who Lead and Long

This retreat is for women navigating threshold moments — artists, technologists, mothers (or those on the path to becoming one), executives, and initiators — who are holding both inner and outer worlds.

It’s for those craving deeper embodiment and the company of women who also live and lead in high-stakes, high-sensitivity realms.

We’ve designed this time for pause and for presence — for barefoot walks, bold truths, and the kind of inner work that restores you to yourself.

It’s an invitation to come fully alive in your work, your relationships, your creative life — without needing to split yourself into parts.

What to expect

You will be nourished. You will be met.

Together, we surface the unconscious patterns that shape how we lead—often without realizing it. You’ll leave with clearer boundaries, sharper instincts, language for what’s been hard to name, tools to shift what’s felt stuck, and a leadership presence that’s felt— not forced.
