For Valentine’s Day, the Jardin Secret restaurant and the Bistrot de Lou Calen unveil their special menus for the most romantic evening of the year. Two distinct gastronomic styles, two kinds of atmospheres, and a shared commitment to respecting culinary ingredients and the authenticity of flavour. This very special offer invites couples to make the best of this romantic time with a one- or two-night stay at the hotel, complete with a flurry of delightful surprises: a VIP welcome and rose petals on the bed. Your evening certainly won’t end with a nightcap; it will continue, linger, and remain until morning.

Created especially for the occasion, the Valentine’s Day menus showcase the finest local produce. The truffle, the black diamond of the Haut-Var region, takes centre stage across both menus, lending depth and character to the wonderful array of winter vegetables on show.

At the Jardin Secret restaurant, Benoît Witz‘s cuisine delicately combines langoustines and Cotignac saffron. At Le Bistrot by Lou Calen, Yvan Franceschi creates dishes featuring scallops, presented in a thin tart and crispy fritters.

In both menus, the main course is meant to be shared— with a Chateaubriand-style beef fillet at Le Jardin Secret, and a rack of Sisteron lamb at Le Bistrot—a natural choice for two sharing. The desserts, crafted by Lou Calen’s pastry chef, promise a sweet and indulgent flourish and the end of the meal.
